Venezuela exported about 737,000 barrels of oil per day in February, 6.5 percent less than in January, PDVSA data showed.
Compared to February last year, exports decreased by almost a fifth, Hina reports.
PDVSA separately announced on Tuesday that it had signed contracts to export oil to the United States (US).
In a statement posted on Telegram, the company did not reveal the names of the contracting parties, only hinting that the contracts should stabilize the global oil market.
PDVSA management has again asked the US to lift sanctions on Venezuela.
At the beginning of the year, US armed forces captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, with President Donald Trump's message that the US was taking control of Venezuelan oil sales abroad.
Trump then ordered a blockade of all sanctioned tankers bound for or departing from Venezuela. Caracas subsequently agreed to sell 50 million barrels of oil as part of a deal with the US.
