His performance was planned for Saturday, but was moved to a day earlier due to forecasted bad weather.
They will compete in the banked slalom discipline, in the LL2 category, in which 20 competitors have registered.
According to the regulations, there will be two runs, and the better result will count for the final placing.
"We tried the tracks, did a few training sessions, they are ideal in configuration. It has been raining in recent days, but I hope that the organizer will do everything to be as prepared as possible for the competition. The competition is quite strong, all the competitors came prepared, in training. I will try to give my best and show everything I have trained in recent years," said Šibalić.
He emphasized that there is pressure, stating that representing Montenegro at such an important competition is a big deal for him.
"I put a lot of pressure on myself to show myself in the best light and represent Montenegro as best I can," said Šibalić.
He is the first athlete to compete under the flag of Montenegro at the Winter Paralympic Games.
The first ride is scheduled for nine hours.
The Games in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo brought together 612 athletes from 56 countries, who will compete in six sports and 79 disciplines.
