Behind RUP, they say, is a year full of challenges, marked by the implementation of one of the most important projects for the stability of the electricity system of Montenegro. Despite the complex circumstances, the company remained consistent with its mission to be a reliable partner to the local community. At today's meeting with representatives of 15 sports clubs, the importance of continued support for sports teams, especially those working with younger categories, was emphasized.
"The strength of a city is not only reflected in its industry, but above all in young people who build character, discipline and team spirit through sport. For this reason, we consider investing in sport to be an investment in the health and future of Pljevlja. This meeting once again confirmed the diversity and quality of sports life in Pljevlja, as well as the importance of joint action by all stakeholders in order to create better conditions for the development of sports," Laković emphasized.
They emphasize that RUP will continue to build strong relationships with sports teams, based on trust, mutual respect, and common goals.
"Let this moment be another step towards a healthier, stronger and more successful sports environment and a reminder that together we can do more," added Laković.
Representatives of the sports clubs thanked the company for its continued support and expressed their expectation that this cooperation will continue in the future, to mutual satisfaction and for the benefit of the entire community.
"As the youngest club in the municipality of Pljevlja, we are extremely satisfied with the funds received. On this occasion, I would like to thank the company Rudnik uglja AD Pljevlja for its support and investment in Pljevlja sports. We hope that in the near future our club, like other clubs, will justify the trust shown, that is, the funds that are allocated for sports from year to year," said the sports director of OK "Pljevlja", Zoran Šćepanović.
Tanja Aranitović, coach of BC "Ris", emphasized the importance of the support the club receives.
"Like every year, the company Rudnik uglja AD Pljevlja, led by Executive Director Nemanja Laković, is coming forward to meet our club and provide us with significant financial assistance. This donation is of great importance to us and I can freely say that in the last few years we have had a stable and secure financial partner," concluded Aranitović.
