The team from Novi Sad led 3:0 and 4:1, but in the middle of the second quarter, the team from Kotor took the lead and continued to dominate.
"A great performance. We won the boke derby and secured a place in the final four. A great success, our game was excellent. I would like to greet the audience who came in large numbers. Especially our Beštija fans who cheered us on throughout the match and gave us the wind at our backs," said Primorac water polo player Savo Ćetković after the match.
Jadran hosts Red Star Belgrade in the final round and will need to remain undefeated to secure F4.
"We didn't do as well as we had hoped. Now we have a game against Red Star in Herceg Novi and I hope that by then we will have corrected our mistakes and not allowed this many goals to be conceded," said Jadran water polo player Stefan Vraneš after the game.
