U Prištini je istekao rok od 30 dana koji je predvideo takozvani ustavni sud za konstituisanje skupštine privremenih institucija. I sinoć je prekinuta sednica – 54. put, jer glasanje o formiranju tajne skupštinske komisije za izbor predsednika skupštine ponovo nije prošlo. Stupila je na snagu privremena mera takozvanog ustavnog suda kojom se poslanicima zabranjuje donošenje bilo kakvih odluka nakon isteka roka za konstituisanje. Zabrana je na snazi do 8. avgusta.
