Montenegro will find out the names of its rivals in the group stage of the U-17 World Cup on May 21, the first global football tournament in which our country will participate. The World Football Federation (FIFA) will hold the draw in Zurich on that day, in which, in addition to the "falcons", 47 other national teams will participate. Montenegro secured its place in the World Cup at the end of March, by winning first place in the elite round of EURO qualifiers.
Despite the unstable political and security situation in that part of the world, FIFA has confirmed that the FIFA U-20 World Cup will be held in Qatar from November 19 to December 13, 2026.
