The councilor of the European Union in the Assembly of the Municipality of Herceg Novi, Tanja Vujičić, reacted to the statement of the Democrats and Aleksa Bečić regarding the visit to Igalo.

“For years we have been hearing promises about professionalism, expertise, and a new policy, about actions, not words,” emphasized Vujičić.

As she stated, for everyone living in Herceg Novi, their actions mean the following.

“First of all, systemic and long-term problems of an urban and infrastructural nature: devastation of the coast in Baošići; a boom in illegal construction; unresolved issues with the collector,” said Vujičić.

She further mentioned the most expensive parking zones in Montenegro, the chronic lack of parking spaces, problems in the regulation of Njegoševa Street, the relocation of the city market, and traffic collapse.

“There are also projects that were announced as developmental breakthroughs, but which have remained unrealized or without a clear deadline for realization, such as: the bus station in Igalo and the cable car,” added Vujičić.

According to her, all of this together creates a picture of a policy where promises and results do not align, and your new electoral slogan: “words, not deeds.”

“Today, results speak, not political promises,” concluded Vujičić.
