Million-dollar building named after Aco Đukanović: Where did the money for eight floors of private wealth come from?

Aco Đukanović built an eight-story building of about 8,000 square meters at the location near the Zlatičana Brothers Bridge in Podgorica, after demolishing the old building of the Post Office of Montenegro, announced the president of the Democrats' Club of Councilors Boris Bogdanović on Facebook.

"So, the owner is not his company, but him personally, so this building is registered in the cadastral records under the name of a private person, Aco Đukanović 1/1."

The fact that Aco Đukanović built a privately owned facility, I think it would be very interesting for the competent authorities to investigate from which sources, from which revenues, from which accounts the construction of this facility worth several million euros was financed.

"This is of course not due to doubts about whether Aco Đukanović has enough money to finance such a facility, but rather to verify the origin of that money, because there are many reasons to doubt the legal financing of the construction of this facility for numerous reasons that I would not like to elaborate on at this time," said Bogdanović.
