Montenegrin athlete Igor Minevski finished fourth in the shot put at the Grand Prix Para Athletics Meeting in Rabat.

In the F34 category, throwing from a specialized chair, he achieved a result of eight meters and 96 centimeters.

He was won by Mauricio Valencia from Colombia with a result of 11 meters and 50 centimeters.

Iraqi Husein Hafai finished second (10.10), while Czech Tomas Horacek was third (10.03).

Montenegrin chess players defeated by Hungary

Minevski finished yesterday's javelin throw competition in ninth place.

He made his debut in competitions of that level in Rabat, after previously passing classification examinations in the Moroccan capital and temporarily receiving the F34 category.

He was in Morocco accompanied by coach Veljko Čegar.
