Građanska inicijativa 21. maj reagovala je povodom izjave ministra prostornog planiranja, urbanizma i državne imovine Slavena Radunovića, kojom predlaže referendum u Boki u cilju preispitivanja statusa zastićenog područja od strane UNESKO-a u Kotorskoj opštini i to još od 1979. godine, i kazala da je ona skandalozna, besramna i usmjerena protiv interesa crnogorske države i društva.
