The agenda of the Eighth Session will include two items. The MPs will consider the Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax Advisors, as well as the Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro.
After the end of the Eighth Session, the Sixth Session of the First Regular (Spring) Session in 2026 continues. As part of this session, the MPs will be presented with the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Courts and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the Treatment of Juveniles in Criminal Proceedings.
