Predsjednik Kluba poslanika "Evropa sad" Vasilije Čarapić poručio je da predsjedavajući Senatom Državne revizorske institucije (DRI), Zoran Jelić, svjesno krši propise koji uređuju prestanak njegove funkcije, što potvrđuje njegovo pravno banalno obrazloženje da se u pogledu uslova za ostvarivanje prava na starosnu penziju na njega primjenjuje Zakon o državnim službenicima i namještenicima, a ne Zakon o penzijskom i invalidskom osiguranju.
