Crna Gora je dva puta bila dobitnik prestižnog priznanja „Europa Nostra” i oba puta ono je stiglo u Kotor. Prvi put 2002. godine, kada je nagrađen tadašnji Regionalni zavod za zaštitu spomenika kulture za konzervaciju i restauraciju Katedrale Svetog Tripuna, a drugi put prije nekoliko dana, kada su kotorski „Muzeji” dobili priznanje za projekat „Pacijenca” posvećen revitalizaciji izrade dobrotske čipke, kazao je predsjednik Opštine Kotor Vladimir Jokić.
