"We demand the full truth and accountability," said the sister of the intern who was seriously injured in the explosion at the premises of the NGO Montenegro Space Research in Podgorica.

"The families of the injured parties are addressing us with a clear request - we are seeking answers and the full truth about the event that shook us all, causing serious physical injuries to members of our families, trainees from just two months ago," she told CdM. Kristina Roganovic, sister of the injured A.R.

On behalf of the families, she asked a series of questions to the competent institutions, requesting that they determine whether the NGO had the necessary permits to operate, whether the facilities met technical requirements, and whether the persons carrying out the activities were adequately trained and qualified.

"Was there a proper permit to engage in this type of activity? How did this NGO end up on the Government's list for professional training and have the working conditions been checked? Have the employees undergone mandatory training for safe work?", are just some of the questions she asked.

She specifically requested answers from the competent prosecutor's office on whether the investigation was conducted in accordance with the law, whether the Forensic Center was engaged, and whether it was determined what explosive materials were involved.

"This is not an accident / this is a serious suspicion of illegal activities, as well as misuse of state-funded vocational training funds," Roganović emphasized, saying that the families will not give up until full responsibility is established.
