According to the Police Directorate, police officers acted upon a report previously filed with the Nikšić Security Department by an adult relative of the injured minor, which related to suspicions that the VJ was verbally abusing the minor.
The measures and actions taken by officers of the Nikšić Security Department, however, led to suspicion that the VJ had actually committed the criminal offense of illicit sexual activity to the detriment of minors, the Police Directorate explained.
The VJ suspect, the Police Directorate concludes, will be brought to the competent state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić within the legal deadline, with a criminal report.
