Kazakh woman obstructs police officer while arresting her husband, fined 700 euros

Kazakh citizen AS (27) was found guilty and sentenced to a fine of 700 euros for obstructing a police officer while he was arresting her husband, announced the President of the Budva Minor Offences Court, Marko Đukanović, the Budva Minor Offences Court announced.

"She was tried yesterday in an urgent procedure, in which it was determined that on March 3rd, at around 5:45 p.m., she obstructed a police officer from the Budva Police Department's Security Department while he was carrying out an official action to arrest her husband," the statement said.

The defendant, as they said, as a foreign citizen, was obliged to pay the fine immediately after the decision was pronounced, which she did.
