Proširivanje pristupnih puteva ispred graničnih prelaza između Crne Gore i Hrvatske zajednički je interes obje države, a cilj je ubrzanje protoka saobraćaja i smanjenje gužvi, posebno tokom ljetnjih mjeseci.
