Uprava carina i Centar za demokratiju i ljudska prava (CEDEM) potpisali su danas Memorandum o saradnji, koji predstavlja prvo formalno partnerstvo Uprave carina sa nevladinom organizacijom, čime je napravljen značajan korak ka jačanju transparentnosti, institucionalnog integriteta i odgovornosti carinskog sistema, u skladu sa evropskim standardima.
