Direktor Fonda za zdravstveno osiguranje Crne Gore, Vuk Kadić, u više navrata zaključivao je ugovore sa zdravstvenom ustanovom van Crne Gore bez bez prethodno pribavljene saglasnosti Ministarstva zdravlja, čime je: postupao protivno izričitoj zakonskoj normi, prekoračio svoja ovlašćenja i doveo Fond u pravnu i finansijsku nesigurnost, navodi se u saopštenju predsjednika Upravnog odbora Fonda za zdravstveno osiguranje Crne Gore, Marka Tomaševića i zamjenice predsjednika Upravnog odbora Fonda, Milene Roganović dostavljenom Portalu RTV Podgorica.
