"I was in the house and I heard an explosion. I thought something had happened in the street," says a neighbor.
It was an incident that occurred in a workshop of the non-governmental association "Svemirska Istraživanja - Montenegro Space Research".
Allegedly, one of the interns was mixing several chemical substances, and then, as is suspected, an uncontrolled chemical reaction followed by an explosion.
Two women, who are doing internships at a non-governmental association, were injured.
"AR suffered injuries in the form of burns to the face, chest and right upper arm, as well as serious injuries to the hands and an injury to the right earlobe. The injured person was transported to the Clinical Center of Montenegro for medical assistance. IJ suffered a serious injury to the eardrum, and after a medical examination, she was released for further home treatment," the Police Directorate announced.
The Podgorica Basic Prosecutor's Office was also informed about everything.
