"The largest number of jobs will be in the Border Police Sector, taking into account the needs and obligations on the European path, namely negotiation chapter 24. All candidates under the age of 32, who have a minimum of a fourth-level education and meet other accompanying legal requirements, will have the right to apply for this public call," said a statement by Deputy Prime Minister Aleksa Bečić.
As he says, in parallel with continuous normative improvement and new legal projects, the process of digitalization and modernization of work, cleansing the security sector of all unauthorized influences in accordance with legal mechanisms, then motivating and respecting professionals in the system, after two public calls for young university graduates, "the resolution of the inherited deficit of police personnel and personnel renewal continues by opening the door to young people and new energy, all with the aim of strengthening capacities, accelerating the European path, but also ensuring the greatest possible presence of police officers in the community itself, on the streets, in settlements, neighborhoods, which represents an important preventive-intelligence-security component."
"We are strengthening capacities, strengthening institutions, building a clean, resilient and responsible security sector that serves exclusively the state of Montenegro and its citizens," says Bečić.
