The cruise ships in question are Norwegian Viva, Enchanted Princess and Norwegian Pearl.
The next arrival is expected on May 10th, when the cruise ship Norwegian Viva will again sail into Bar at the Port of Adria pier, and the megacruiser Sun Princess is expected to arrive on May 12th.
The Bar Tourist Office, as announced, continued the practice of organizing a welcome reception for guests from cruise ships at the King Nikola Promenade, where it organized a ceremonial welcome for tourists who decided to disembark from the ship.
"In cooperation with the School of Economics and Hospitality, visitors had the opportunity to learn about attractive locations and landmarks, as well as to obtain all the necessary information about the city," the statement said.
Guests were welcomed with traditional Montenegrin specialties of priganice with honey, homemade cheese and olives. The cultural and artistic society "Rumija", as the guardian of tradition, further complemented the experience with an authentic performance.
"This practice will continue throughout the cruising season, that is, until the end of October, with the aim of introducing guests who visit our city for a day to the rich tourist offer of Bar and encouraging their return visits," the statement concludes.
