Iako je Specijalno državno tužilaštvo formiralo predmet povodom satova bivšeg predsjednika Mila Đukanovića, u MANS-u smatraju da će zbog protoka vremena i nedostatka materijalnih dokaza, tužilaštvu biti teško da dokaže eventualno postojanje krivičnog djela. Vjeruju da će se sve završiti prekršajnom kaznom i ističu da će tako biti i u drugim slučajevima sve dok se ne usvoji Zakon o porijeklu imovine, za šta kažu da još nema političke volje.
