Najnoviji izvještaj Evropske komisije pokazuje da uprkos napretku u određenim poglavljima, Crnu Goru u okviru ključnih poglavlja 23 i 24 i dalje čekaju neispunjene obaveze. U njemu se između ostalog ističe da Vlada Crne Gore još uvijek nije usvojila Nacrt Zakona o pravnom prepoznavanju rodnog identiteta na osnovu samoodređenja, iako je prošao sve neophodne korake u zakonodavnom procesu, kao i konsultaciju sa Evropskom komisijo, saopšteno je iz Asocijacije Spektra.
