United Montenegro councilor in the Assembly of the Capital City of Podgorica, Milivoje Brković, said in a press release that a young member of the Montenegrin Army found himself at the center of media attention, open aggression, and even calls for lynching, simply because, as he claims, he sang the chorus of a song that "almost the entire Serbian people proudly sing in honor of the legendary General of the United Montenegro Army, Draža Mihailović, the first rebel against fascism in enslaved Europe."
