Agencija za sprječavanje korupcije (ASK) 14. novembra 2022. godine donijela je mišljenje da je izbor i imenovanje Nikole Markovića na mjesto prvo vršioca dužnosti, a potom direktora Radio-televizije Nikšić (RTV NK), nezakonit i da postupak predstavlja ozbiljno ugrožavanje javnog interesa. Zanimljivo je da ta odluka nije objavljena ni u jednom mediju više od tri godine. Iz Agencije za sprječavanje korupcije potvrdili su da je mišljenje sačinjeno i objavljeno u novembru 2022. godine, te da su tim povodom predali prijavu tužilaštvu. Nišičko tužilaštvo je, kako su kazali, u međuvremenu odbacilo prijavu.
