Montenegrin racing driver Filip Kunčer finished in sixth place in the race at the Paul Ricard track in France, run as part of the "Renault Clio" Cup.

The race is run for 25 minutes plus one lap.

Our driver had an exciting first minute, as he dropped from third to fifth place in the first corner, but returned to third position shortly after.

However, after a crowd on the track, Filip crashed out and fell to eighth place. A few minutes later, Kunčer made a good maneuver around Polderman and Taylor, and made his way to sixth place.

He didn't stop there, and in the middle of the race he overtook Rene for fifth place. At that moment, Kunčer also drove the fastest lap. In the final, our competitor did everything to overtake Rene, but Castelli took advantage of their fight and passed them both.

Filip ended up taking 6th place. That earned him 27 points. The victory was taken by the local competitor Nikola Milan. The second race will be held tomorrow at noon, broadcast on TVCG.

Let us recall that Kunčer took 4th and 6th place at the start of the season in Nogaro, France.

It should be noted that he was disqualified in that first race because his car was three kilograms lighter than allowed when measured, so he ended the weekend in Nogaro with 27 points from the second race.
