According to a statement, two soldiers were seriously injured after an anti-tank missile was fired at them in southern Lebanon yesterday afternoon.
Three soldiers were injured after a drone crashed near them. According to the Israeli military, one soldier was seriously injured.
The latest fighting in Lebanon began after Hezbollah fired rockets into northern Israel in retaliation for the assassination of Iran's supreme leader and near-daily attacks on Hezbollah.
Since then, more than 1,000 people have been killed in Israeli attacks in Lebanon, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
Israel has also announced that it intends to take control of a large part of southern Lebanon as part of its campaign against Hezbollah.
