Žarković dominant in singles, Jovanović returns with doubles title

Marko Žarković is the winner of the first Montenegrin Teqball League tournament this season.

In the final singles match, in the hall of the Secondary Mixed School in Golubovci, he defeated Matija Bojović 2:0 (12:4, 12:2).

Žarković and Andrija Jovanović, who returned after a serious injury, won the doubles trophy.

In the final, they defeated the Montenegrin national team players Pejović and Popović 2:1 (7:12, 12:9 and 12:4), after a great fight and turnaround in one of the most exciting matches of the tournament.

Miron Pak also made a significant step forward, winning his first gold medal at the MTL tournaments, after bronze medals in singles and doubles.

He also won the mixed doubles title with partner Viorica Tonu, who is ranked eighth in the world.

In the final, they defeated Elena Kapustyanova and Evgeny Gavronin 2:0 (12:3, 12:9).

The tournament in Golubovci brought together 50 competitors.

The tekken season will continue with a tournament that will be held as part of the Adriatic tekken League on May 16th in Herceg Novi, where, according to the organizers, the very top of the world tekken is expected to perform.
