Tears and ovations: Grbić and Pavicevic said goodbye to the national team

The President of the Handball Federation of Montenegro, Petar Kapisoda, presented them with jerseys with the national emblem and numbers that they have proudly and successfully worn throughout the years in the jersey of the "Lionesses".

Itana Grbić – 13 major competitions, 124 appearances and 196 goals.

Ivona Pavicevic – 11 major competitions, 111 appearances and 160 goals.

"Ovations from the stands, tears in the eyes of our teammates and emotional moments that we will remember forever marked their farewell to the national team. Thank you for everything you have given to Montenegrin handball," said the RSCG.
