The Boxing Federation of Montenegro has signed scholarship contracts for 2026 with seven national team members, who have earned one-year support based on their results on the international stage. The scholarship recipients are: Bojana Gojković (BK Budva), Tomislav Đinović (BK Zlatičanin), Mirko Šarčević (BK Bijelo Polje), Matija Roganović (BK Nikšić), Strahinja Mrdak (BK Budva), Nikola Raičević (BK Nikšić) and Nikola Ilić (BK Podgorica).

The main criterion for awarding scholarships was the results achieved in major international competitions, while the fact that all scholarship recipients are medal winners at European championships in their age categories is of particular importance.

Funds for the implementation of this program were provided by the Ministry of Sports and Youth, through the 2026 Competition, which enabled continued support for the development of promising boxers.

The Boxing Federation of Montenegro will also focus on other national team members who have drawn attention to themselves with their results and efforts. To this end, the Federation will strive to provide them with support through financing their participation in international competitions, as well as providing the necessary preparations, equipment and other conditions important for their further development.
