"To the satisfaction of both parties, we have resolved the issue of the coach for the next season. On the eve of the grand final of the Montenegrin Cup, the club reached an agreement with one of the creators of great success, which is a prerequisite for Mornar to continue its upward trajectory. After a historic season and great successes for our club, I can happily announce that sports director Mitar Novaković and I easily and quickly agreed to a mutually satisfactory agreement with a coach who has shown extraordinary human and professional results in the previous period. Therefore, there was no dilemma, we continue to build an even stronger and better Mornar," said the club's first man Milovan Mićo Perović for Radio Bar and Bar Info, as reported by the club's website.
Stešević took over the team at the beginning of September last year. Under his leadership, Mornar fought side by side with Sutjeska for the championship title until practically the last round, and on Thursday they will play against Dečić for the trophy in the Montenegrin Cup.
