The team from Pecare eliminated Helios from Domžale 2-0 in the semi-finals of the playoffs.
Široki celebrated on their home court six days ago (92:82), and tonight they used the first match point in Domažale (84:80).
The guests had an 18-point lead midway through the second quarter. However, Helios slowly melted away the deficit, going from minus 13 at the start of the second half to plus seven at the start of the decisive period – 65:58. However, Široki consolidated, went on an 11:0 run and in a tight finish secured the victory, thus reaching the grand final.

Široki will play either Sutjeska or TFT in the final. The Macedonian representative leads the series 1-0, and the second duel will be played tomorrow in Skopje. The eventual winner is scheduled for April 22nd in Nikšić.
