The 35th International Boxing Tournament "Adriatic Pearl", one of the world's strongest youth tournaments, was spectacularly concluded with a ceremonial ceremony and the announcement of the best in the Congress Hall of the "Splendid" hotel in Budva. During several days of top-notch boxing, the audience had the opportunity to enjoy the fights of as many as 130 young boxers from 18 countries, which once again confirms the reputation of this competition as one of the most important for the youth age group.

At the end of the tournament, awards were also given to the best. The best boxer was Đorđe Đorić from Serbia, while the title of best female boxer was won by Madira Zhumakan from Kazakhstan. The award for best technician went to Ukrainian Tymur Karaivan. In the team standings, the most successful team of the tournament was Kazakhstan, second place was taken by Ukraine, while the third place was taken by the selection of Azerbaijan. A special award was also given to the best referee of the tournament – ​​Latif Demoli from Kosovo.

Montenegro was represented at the tournament by two boxers, both of whom won bronze medals, achieving notable performances against extremely strong international competition.

In the 65 kg category, bronze was won by Vuk Dabović. On his way to the semi-finals, he achieved two valuable victories – against Andjelko Crnogorac from Croatia and Petar Sandić from Serbia. In the fight for the final, Dabović put up strong resistance against Kazakh boxer Akzhurek Kalabay, but after a close match, after winning two rounds and losing one, he was defeated by a split decision of the judges 3:2.

Vasilije Kujundžić also won a bronze medal in the 90 kg category. His path to the final was stopped by the representative of Ukraine, Vladislav Naimenov, who won in the semi-final duel.

Another edition of the "Adriatic Pearl" confirmed that Budva remains an important place on the world boxing map, where young talents from all over the world have the opportunity to show their quality and take their first big steps towards top sporting achievements.
