SC Derby basketball players welcome Mega tomorrow in the seventh round of the ABA League playoffs.

"Students" are currently 6-17. Split has the same number of wins, but Podgorica has a better head-to-head record.

On the other hand, Mega is 12th in the standings with a 10-13 record and is fighting to make the play-in.

"We are facing another very demanding match. Mega, as every season, plays basketball with a lot of running, open court and a very aggressive approach in offensive rebounding. Compared to the first match, we must reduce the mistakes that led to easy points from counterattacks. Individual and team responsibility, especially towards their main attacking options, must be at a high level," said SC Derbija coach Petar Mijović in the match announcement.

Mega won the first duel on their home court this season (90:76), as well as the last four meetings between them.

"Mega is a well-balanced team, very physically powerful. They play at a very fast pace. This is an important game for us and we have to stop their counterattack, control the rebound and play with a lot of energy to have the best chance of winning. I expect a physically demanding match at a high pace, which will probably be decided in the last possession," said Podgorica basketball player Darius Johnson.

The match in "Morača" starts at 6 pm.
