It will also be a repeat of last year's final in Nikšić, when Dečić won the first trophy intended for the Cup winner in the club's history.
The Barani, who were in the race for the title until the very end, now want to make history and bring the first trophy to the club's showcase.
Dečić's head coach Nebojša Jandrić believes that the final can bring a real football atmosphere.
"I hope that the atmosphere will be right and that the audience will enjoy the match, which is the most beautiful match of every season in Montenegrin football. It is a privilege to be part of such a spectacle," said Jandrić.
Dečić eliminated Otrant, Budućnost and Sutjeska on their way to the finals.
"This team may not have been able to endure the championship marathon, but when it came to the relegation games, they showed quality. We eliminated Buducnost and Sutjeska and I hope it will be the same tomorrow," added the Tuzana coach.
Dečić's deputy captain Leon Ujkaj is also optimistic ahead of the final.
"We felt how to win the Cup and we know how to do it. We are expecting a tough game, but we believe in our work and I hope we will crown the season with a trophy," said Ujkaj.
He believes that the details could decide the winner.
"The greater desire and the one who makes fewer mistakes will decide. We have players who can decide the game with one move and I expect a good match," said Ujkaj.
Tomorrow, Mornar has the opportunity to round off a great season in which he was in the race for the title until the very end and ultimately won second place in the championship.
Baran coach Vesko Stešević, who extended his contract for another season a few days ago, expects an uncertain duel.
"The final is always a special match and there are no favorites. Dečić had a great result, as did we, and I believe we are in for a quality and uncertain match," said Stešević.
The Mariners' strategist believes his team can achieve historic success.
"It would be nice to win the cup after a season like this. The atmosphere is great, the group is great and there is a great desire to make up for last year's defeat in the final," Stešević pointed out.
Mornar captain Andrija Kaluđerović hopes for a different epilogue than last year.
"Here we are again, the same clubs are playing in the final and I hope that this time the celebrant will not be the same. The season was phenomenal, but we have to stay hungry and focused because that's the only way we can win the trophy," said Kaluđerović.
The experienced midfielder is aware of the quality of his rivals.
"Dečić is always unpleasant and has been at the top of Montenegrin football for years. They have excellent individuals, but I believe in our team and we are ready for the challenge," said Kaluđerović.
Miloš Bošković will judge tonight's final, assisted by Marko Gojković and Vladislav Radenović, while Miloš Savović has been appointed as the fourth referee.
