Ministarstvo pravde je Predlog zakona o izmjenama i dopuni Zakona o Ustavnom sudu predložilo u skladu sa preporukama Venecijanske komisije (VK), kazao je resorni ministar Bojan Božović, dok su iz opozicije poručili da je to zakonsko rješenje neustavno.
