Istraživanja javnog političkog mnjenja ponovo su otvorila pitanje balansa moći unutar crnogorske vlasti. Prema ocjeni profesora Miloša Bešića, aktuelni odnosi unutar vlasti idu u korist struktura koje okuplja lider Nove Andrija Mandić. Bešić za TVCG ocjenjuje da Pokret Evropa Sad bilježi blagi rast podrške u odnosu na početak godine, iako je, kaže, nominalno slabiji u odnosu na mart prošle. Kada je riječ o Demokratskoj partiji socijalista navodi da ta partija zadržava stabilan rejting. Bešić upozorava da različiti interesi koalicionih partnera mogu dovesti do političkih potresa.
