British Ambassador Dawn McKen highlighted the importance of the UK's partnership with Montenegro and the region, highlighting the contribution of Chief Special Prosecutor Vladimir Novović in bringing together regional colleagues and encouraging practical cooperation.

"The rule of law is not only the foundation of democratic societies, but is also essential for national security and economic stability. Our partnership strengthens institutional resilience, which is essential for fighting organized crime and preserving democratic stability," said McKen.

French Ambassador Anne-Marie Maskay also praised Novović and his team, highlighting France's commitment to strengthening the rule of law through bilateral cooperation and regional initiatives, including the Anti-Corruption Fund and Judicial Cooperation in the Fight against Organized Crime.

"This Forum is a signal that our institutions are determined to cooperate, exchange experiences and strengthen together in facing the increasingly complex challenges of transnational crime," said Maskay.

The organizers emphasized that the United Kingdom and France will continue to support Montenegro and regional partners in implementing reforms that strengthen institutional resilience, foster cooperation, and improve public trust in the justice system.
