Tender za dionicu autoputa od Smokovca do Tološa, takozvanu obilaznicu oko Podgorice, biće raspisan 30. aprila, najavljuje Evropska banka za obnovu i razvoj. Riječ je o projektu čija vrijednost se procjenjuje na 270 miliona eura, a javni poziv raspisaće Monteput, kao korisnik sredstava.
