Nimanbegu pointed out that there are organizational challenges such as infrastructure, electricity, water and traffic, but that this is being worked on intensively in cooperation with the relevant institutions, including CEDIS.
In anticipation of the upcoming tourist season, a big concert will be held in Ulcinj in May, but Nimanbegu is not yet revealing the name of the performer.
