U središtu Evropske investicione banke (EIB Global) u Luksemburgu potpredsjednik EIB-a Robert de Grut i ministar finansija Novica Vuković potpisali su sporazum o zemlji domaćinu između EIB-a i Crne Gore, i tom prilikom EIB Global je odobrio 20,3 miliona eura za crnogorski sektor obrazovanja, saopšteno je iz Ministarstva finansija.
