Savjet Agencije za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama (AZLP) saopštio je da je prilikom odlučivanja uočio da advokat koji zastupa preko 15 stranaka podnošenjem na nedeljnom niovu velikog broja zahtjeva za slobodan pristup informacijama vrši zloupotrebu. To, preciziraju, radi na način da prvostepeni organi nijesu u mogućnosti blagovremeno donijeti odluke u predmetima, što u konačnom nakon okončanja upravnog spora pred Upravnim sudom efektira naplatom troškova upravnog spora.
