Prva banka, čiji najveći akcionar je Aco Đukanović, podnijela je, kao pravni subjekt, tužbu Osnovnom sudu u Podgorici protiv novinarke i urednice portala "Volim Podgoricu" Vesne Radojević radi naknade nematerijalne štete sa odštetnim zahtjevom od 7.000 eura jer je Radojević, gostujući u jednoj TV emisiji pomenula, crnogorskoj javnosti već dobro poznatu, aferu "šetnja jednog miliona 11 puta".
