"A total traffic ban for freight vehicles (trucks, tractors and vehicles with trailers) with a carrying capacity of over 3.5 tons remains in effect, starting from March 4, 2026 until the completion of the works."
"A modified traffic regime has been introduced for passenger vehicles and buses, which implies alternating traffic, with complete closures at the following times: from 06:00 to 08:00; from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00," the statement reads.
This regime will be in force from April 1 to May 1, 2026.
"Outside the specified times, traffic will proceed alternately, in accordance with the posted traffic signals. During the suspension, traffic participants can use the alternative road route Vrulja - Mijakovići," the statement said.
The Traffic Administration, as they point out, has made additional adjustments to the timing compared to the previous suspension regime in order to accommodate drivers and enable better traffic flow while simultaneously carrying out the work safely.
They appeal to all drivers to plan their trips in accordance with the new regime, use alternative routes and respect the posted signage, in order to enable efficient and safe execution of the works.
