"Citizens and businesses are now able to submit a request, monitor the procedure, submit the necessary documentation and pay the fee completely electronically, without the need to physically visit the counter. This step further improves the accessibility, efficiency and transparency of the work of institutions, with significant time and cost savings for users," the statement reads.
As the Ministry says, the digitalization of public services in Montenegro represents a strong and strategic step towards the modernization of public administration and its further harmonization with European standards. The Ministry of Energy and Mining continuously and responsibly contributes to this process, recognizing the contemporary needs of citizens and businesses for fast, simple and reliable communication with institutions.
"Through the application of modern digital solutions, the Ministry confirms its commitment to building an efficient, transparent and accessible public administration, which actively responds to the challenges of the digital age and lays the foundation for the further development of electronic services in Montenegro," the statement said.
