Prema podacima IJZCG samo 22% djece rođene u 2023.godini primilo je prvu dozu MMR vakcine. Više od 28 hiljada mališana uzrasta od 1 do 18 godina nikada nije vakcinisano, čime je Crna Gora na najnižem stepenu vakcinacije u Evropi. Iz DZ Podgorica kažu da je MMR vakcina, koja štiti od malih boginja, zaušaka i rubeole potpuno bezbjedna i efikasna, a dvije doze obezbjeđuju djetetu višedecenijsku zaštitu. Dodaju da od MMR vakcine imaju najmanje prijavljenih nuspojava.
