Reforma prostornog planiranja, a kojom su vraćene nadležnosti opštinama, pokazala je da se opštine suočavaju sa brojnim izazovima u primjeni, a pogotovo u dijelu osnivanja lokalnih preduzeća za planiranje prostora, te da je već izvjesno da će se kasniti u odnosu na zakonske rokove za donošenje lokalnih planskih dokumenata, saopštili su iz Instituta Alternativa.
