This year's edition of the Festival, in its competitive section, brought together 26 exhibitors who offered 66 wine samples for evaluation.
The award for the best rated wine of the Festival went to the "Ražnatović" winery, while the "BUK" winery won the award in the category of the best Crmnica wine.
In the white wine category, gold medals went to the wineries "Vukićević" and "BUK", while silver medals went to Jovan Klisić and the wineries "Miranović" and "Klisić".
The winners of the gold medals in the rose wine category were the wineries "Ražnatović", "BUK" and "Miranović", and the silver medal went to the winery "Đukanović".
Among the red wines, gold medals were awarded to wines from the wineries "Vukićević", "Bojanović", "Racković", "Gorštak", "Ćetković", "Dedvukaj", "Ražnatović", "Miranović" and "BUK", as well as wines from Banja Klisić and Branko Mijović. Silver medals in this category went to Dragan Sekulić, Branko Mijović, as well as the wineries "Racković", "Gorštak", "Ćetković", "Dedvukaj", "Klisić", "Pejanović-Mond" and "Đukanović".
The awards to the best were presented, on behalf of the Municipality of Bar, by the Secretary of the Secretariat for Economy, Marina Trceta, and the Advisor for Agriculture and Rural Development, Marko Novaković.
For almost three decades, the Wine and Ukljeve Festival has brought together numerous exhibitors, local winegrowers and winemakers who have the opportunity to present their products, and over time it has become one of the symbols of recognition of Virpazar and Crmnica. The event is held under the auspices of the Municipality of Bar and the Tourist Organization of Bar, and organized by the local community of Crmnica and the Association of Winegrowers and Winemakers "Crmnički vranac".
