"In the northern areas, moderately to mostly cloudy, with light occasional rain, in higher mountainous areas, light snow or sleet is possible for a short time. Gradual clearing in the afternoon or at the end of the day," the ZHMS said.
Wind mostly weak and variable, at the end of the day and during the night sometimes moderate, northerly. Morning air temperature from 1 to 11 degrees, highest daily from 5 to 18 degrees.
In Podgorica today it will be partly cloudy with sunny intervals and conditions for light, short-term rain. Morning air temperature around 9 degrees, daily high around 17 degrees.
